Spoke with manager of risk team. Risk group seems to be using contractors and uses a recruiting company to find new talent. Risk manager stated that contractors are required to work 10 hours but they are compensated for 8 hours of work. No health benefits unless you arrange such details with the recruiting company.

Sent in my resume for review and was called down to the office for an interview. Interviewer looked through my resume and grades and gave me opportunities to further explain why I would be a good fit.
