Basically it was a internal job posting from phone banking.Questions were general like why do you apply for this post ,where do you find yourself in the next 5 years,how long you are planning to stay in the current position.The phone interview was first conducted by branch operations head,the next by regional operational head and the final one-to-one interview by a senior-VP.
