After filling out an app through a link at a job search website. I was then instructed to take a 30-45 min assessment directly through the companies website. Upon completing the test I received an immediate response to set up a phone interview. The recruiter was very professional and the interview was very brief. I was asked questions as to why I would like to work in the position for this particular company. As well as basic back round and qualifications.
