The interview process at the bank lasted an intense 3 months. It was incredibly long but ultimately worth it. At one point, the process was paused unexpectedly, adding to the stress, before finally being resumed. The waiting and uncertainty made it a challenging experience, but the outcome made it worthwhile.

Very disorganized process. The recruiter initially reached out to me, asked for my availability, and mentioned that the interview would be scheduled—but I never heard back. I had to follow up 2–3 times with the coordinator just to get the first round scheduled. During the interview, only one of the two scheduled interviewers showed up. He had technical issues—his camera wasn’t working, and he couldn’t share his screen. Despite these challenges, I leveraged my 10+ years of experience and thoroughly answered all the questions. Can't think of even one question which I needed to answer better! After the interview, I followed up with the recruiter 2 times to finally receive a brief, dismissive response stating that "you were declined! "with no feedback or explanation. Very unprofessional.
