It was fast and very organized. Had three different interviews with different managers and a final where I need it to present and do a sales pitch. They explained the role and responsibilities.

I have cleared all rounds with good score and the Hr it self mentioned that i have cleared all rounds with high score but after all the rounds they said currently we put your profile on hold, is it the right way to the big organizations to keep a good and talented profile on hold? then what is the purpose of posting the jobs?

The process was very thorough. I interviewed with my manager to be as well as another peer manager and team lead. This was followed up with another session that required a formal sales presentation.
