After an initial phone screen, I was invited for an onsite interview. It was a fairly casual conversation style interview with three people (development lead, hiring manager, and human resources). They gave mostly behavioural questions, with some technical questions that focused on my experience. I was not given an offer, but I felt the interview was fair, and left with a good impression of the company. It was a welcome contrast to the tech industry where interviews sometimes feel like an interrogation.
