I had a conversation/interview in my university's career fair with alumni working for the company. He then emailed me for an in-person interview. I had the interview with him and after a couple of months, I was contacted by the recruiter to do a phone interview. After the phone interview with the recruiter, I waited a week for his final decision.

The interview process was a very long process but got to meet a lot of people throughout it. These people were also all different levels in the company. It was very conversational and just your basic behavioral questions

Entrevista
Met a Clark representative at my university's career fair who was a project manager and not just a recruiter. Had a lengthy conversation which lead to a formal interview request on campus the next day. Interviewed with two recent alumni of my university who were previous interns before returning full time. Received an offer about a week later.
