It was a 2 day process. (first day optional). 1st day - Job site tour and dinner was provided by Clark. 2nd day - Multiple 1:1 interviews. I interviewed with 4 different people of different positions on different projects. So you pretty much got asked the same questions over and over again. But you get to see what other people in the company do and how Clark works.
