Started with a phone interview; they talked more than I did about the company and the opportunity. Had an in-person interview shortly thereafter. The 2 interviewers were mostly friendly and cordial and seemed a little uneasy about defending their upper management's style, asking a lot of questions about how I'd feel in that situation. Ended amicably and I asked about a time frame and got a non-commital response. They never bothered to let me know whether I got the job or not, even after I followed up to ask. It was classless, and I think I dodged a bullet here.
