The recruiter initially contacted me via text message which I found unprofessional. We chose a time for an initial phone screen. She called me five minutes past our scheduled start time saying her previous call had run over. It happens, I get it. It was a Friday and we rescheduled for the following Monday. She called me an hour late. Poor show. Disappointing.
