First interview was a video call, then was told I'd be sent a trial test. After completing that test, I was asked to come into the office and review it. Then I came in again to meet with the owner. This was followed by another interview in office and an additional Zoom interview. In total I met with 6 employees over 5 meetings, completed a trial test, and sent over references (at least one was contacted). I reached out to get an update on the role and was ghosted, so I had to assume I didn't get the job. It's confusing and disappointing to not get the courtesy of a formal rejection after all the effort.
