Phone interview for first round then activity "channel research" for round 2. Had to call Sally beauty stores and ask for store sales, took like 3-4 hours total. Didn't get past second round

First there is skills assessment then a 30-minute HR screening, then a Channel Research Project, and if you pass then you get flown out to Cleveland for a Super Day.
