I had four interviews overall and they were all straightforward. All interviews happened within 1 to 2 weeks from each other. The recruiter was also very helpful during the process.

I applied for the job on June 6th and did not receive anything until June 21st. I had my first interview on June 22nd, my second interview on June 24th, my third and fourth interview on June 27th. After that I received zero communication until I reached out on July 5th. I had my fifth interview on July 7th. I reached back out to HR on July 12th and told they would not be moving forward. When I asked HR for feedback about the reason I was ignored like I was a nuisance to her. They peddled me through SEVEN different people with no clear direction or reason. I MORE THAN met the requirements for the job. The biggest red flag would be they only had half the staff they needed 7/12 people and three of those people had been with ClinicalMind a month or less. The next red flag would be no one I spoke to had any idea what questions to ask during the interview nor did any of them show up on time to the Microsoft Teams meetings. Companies forget we are interviewing them as well.
