Applied online and heard back within a week. The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen (30 minutes), a panel interview with members of the support team, and a final interview focused on problem-solving and culture fit. I was also given a practical support scenario to work through. The entire process took about 2–3 weeks.

Had the first session over the phone, which lasted about 30 minutes, next I was scheduled for a panel interview with 3 people.
A normal type of interview. Normal question suited to the role, few scenario based questions . Got a success mail that same day.
