Introduce yourself, defect life cycle, types of testing, automation testing, frameworks used in my project. Final round with Team lead i never have attended such a interview in my life 1) Introduce yourself 2) do you know what certifications are there for tester (without any gap) do you know istqb certification (again without any gap) what certifications do you have ? for 14000 rs salary this team lead wants official certifications it seems. there after he asked me what is adhoc testing? from the beginning of this team lead interview, he is stopping me while i was saying the answer, for this adhoc testing also he stopped me , told me that I am incorrect and i didn't do "HOMEWORK" after the class it seems and he demanded me to open a browser in laptop and search for ad-hoc testing, whatever i said it was in this website i opened, after 2 or 3 minutes of discussions (i am discussing,but he is arguing with me) he told me to open another website, i opened the last website in the google page. In that website it has the info what that person is saying, he again concluded that i didn't do any "HOMEWORK" after the sir's class is completed . After this he gave me one application and told me to write positive and negative testcases for this application, i have written 14 testcases for 5minutes, 35 minutes are completed and i am holding the mobile phone as this is a video call. i explained him this 14 testcases for another 5 minutes. he stopped me again, started saying some other test cases which i haven't written, i was like Yes sir, you told me to write few testcases and i wrote some, this karim again shouting at me : who asked you to stop at 14 testcases ? you started explaining the 14 testcases ? i told him : Yes sir, i will write other test testcases and i took another 45 minutes time to write total of 55 testcases, and i am on video call all this time, after completion, i uploaded photos, and asked if anyone is online or not ? as no one is responding, i chatted with them if anyone is available after 15 minutes that karim replied to me saying that we will review and get back to you, By gods grace no one called me, i felt very happy that i didn't get any call from them.
