Long and tedious process split between multiple hour+ sessions and take-home challenges. Stay away. Their entire process sounds to be the result of bad hires, and instead of looking inwards to reflect on what they could change to improve it, they took it outwards to candidates and have designed their interviewing process to try and screen how good will you be as a team member, which is, in my opinion, an entirely subjective matter that only makes them being seen disrespectful with everyone's time. And even if you make it to the final round after investing hours of your life, the engineering VP will once more evaluate your code and have the final word. They might be doing exciting things but going through all this is not worth it.
