First 'interview' was at a hiring fair, where I went through a general screening and gave my resume. This took about 5 minutes. A week later I received an interview offer. It was a pretty typical behavioural interview. Showed up, met with the banquets manager and spoke for about 30 minutes. Casual, fairly laid back atmosphere during the interview. Questions weren't too hard, about what you would expect for the hospitality industry.
