The interview process had lots of questions about various elements of my previous employment. There were two interviewers and lots of notes were taken. A series of very subject specific questions were answered as well as questions about general behaviours. The interview itself took around 2 hours and was very detailed. I felt the interviewers had a good knowledge of the subject they were interviewing for.
