Application included long scenario based multiple choice questions including several "right" answers, but some more so than others. Followed by an interview however extremely slow hiring process and took a month and a half longer than promised to start work upon being confirmed a successful candidate. Very awkward for people in the jam. The management at that particular coop soon was soon shuffled around and my experience may be an anomaly but beware.
