Sent my CV over. Was asked to prepare an presentation which took up a morning, some role play then interview in the afternoon. Was very positive and even got to meet my new manager, was told who my new team mates would be. That was it. Completely ghosted for the next 6 months. Everytime I called to speak to the hiring manager I was told he was on holiday. I wanted some feedback on why I was treated this way and went to the office to see them . As soon as the guy who interviewed me saw me he blanked me and walked away. Absolute joke of an experience. I thought the Co op were supposed to be different. In my experience they are the same as everyone else. It's obvious that my face didn't fit as I was qualified for the role but they didn't have the guts to even let me down gently
