Interview was good, make sure to prepare using any documents they send. relate answers to their mission / culture. They mark using their values so use this. make sure you relate any transferable skills to food retail.

Nice guy who interviewed me but took 3 week to reply. Found the interview preparation quite intense in relation to what the job was. Was told that 15 others were interviewed so wasn’t rly any hope of getting the job.
