Probably the worst interview I've had the displeasure of attending. The listing itself was inaccurate and misleading, I had applied for a part-time position that was near me- wasn't until I received the interview date that the store was 5.5 miles away (not listed) They email you all of the questions they'll be asking you, and those aren't difficult at all. Standard interview question: What do you know about Co-Op, why you want to work there, and moreover specific situational questions. My interviewer spent the first 15 minutes complaining about my availability although this was all already available on the application, so I could have saved a lot of money on travel tickets and effort getting there if he had actually properly read the application instead of skimming it. Proceeded to ask me if I wanted to 'bother' with proceeding with the interview, as though I didn't spend so much money and effort getting there. Very unprofessional. I also stated that I was a student on the application, and he proceeded to complain about this as well. Admitted that he didn't read my CV. The process itself is fairly simple, assuming you have an interviewer who is competent enough to actually read your application and not waste your time. No update for a week, so I can only assume that I won't be hired.

Situational online assessment followed by in person interview. Pretty Straight forward the questions that you are asked are the same as the pdf you receive in your emails when you are notified about the interview.
