Wonderful process, everyone was very informative and gave great feedback.
Applied to many positions online.
Contacted by Technical Recruiter (Yes, they had technical knowledge and not just generic HR person)
After that, had technical phone screen and online coding session via coderpad.io (which I didn't do so well on, but talked my way through everything which helped)
Thereafter, went for in-person interview & lunch with Tech Lead, Team Lead, and IT Director
Thereafter got provisional offer and waited for Background check / Drug screen to clear to get Start Date documents....

Walk me through the structure of an app and walk me through the component hierarchy and how props/state are passed around.
What if we change a bit here, how do we get a component talking to another component that don't share a parent?
Typical phone / video behavioral screens with an onsite final round. Also had a pre interview day social at the office. Met other entry interviewees, interviewers, and current entry level associates.

Entrevista
Interview process begins with a phone screen with a recruiter. From there, you will go into a 30 minute call with a hiring manager and talk about your technical expertise at a high level.
If you pass this interview, you will be invited to an on-site power day. Here you will engage in a single interview with another hiring manager that last around an hour. You will be asked a mix of behavioral questions and in -depth technical questions about your expertise.
No leetcode.

Phone screen was around 30 min and all behavioral. Asked about the skills listed on the job listing and my proficient 1-5 for each. Overall pretty normal and as to be expected for a phone screen.
