Sent a project to convert blueprints to C++. Next stage was the technical interview with three programmers. I didn't make it to the next stage (if there was another stage to the interview process) because there were just a lot of questions that were very picky. Never come across such an extensive technical interview before and there was no need to have three coders there as it made the interview way more tense. The person being interviewed is already anxious enough, you don't need three people there watching and judging. For a graduate position, it was quite difficult.
