I joined as a lateral candidate with few years experience. So i did not have too many interviews, i just had to attend 1 technical interviews and 1 HR interview

The interview process is very easy for the new joiner. Based on the communication and language skills they select. The bgv and joining process were too much pain, it’s a big process. But you can finish it on your own
