Two rounds of interview excluding the HR Interview(which was based on facts about Cognizant). One round was based on Business Analysis of various companies, scenarios, Startups, General Knowledge etc. The other round was based on technical know-how

The interview process is very easy for the new joiner. Based on the communication and language skills they select. The bgv and joining process were too much pain, it’s a big process. But you can finish it on your own
