Had 4 interviews over a period of 6 months. The last 3 interviews were great but unfortunately they never really told my why I did not get an offer. They said their is an issue with salary banding and never came back until I followed up. Their response was, we can look at it again in the future.

Interviewed for L1 Service Desk role (Second Round)
The first round was conducted face-to-face and went well.
However, the second round was conducted over a normal phone call from a noisy environment the voice of Hr was not clear, which made it difficult to clearly understand the questions. There was very limited interaction during the conversation, and it was hard to know whether my responses were being heard properly.
The interview lasted around 5–10 minutes and focused mainly on communication. Feedback was provided about grammar and repetition, but due to the call quality and lack of interaction, the overall experience felt challenging.
I had attended walkin interview on 24th May for Service desk role in Bangalore. Interview process had 2 rounds consisting of Technical round and Hr round, after this I filled CDF form thts it after this I didn't get any update whether I have selected or rejected
