First round was superb. Everything went went and I was told there there will be no second round and in case there is, the same person will take it, who took the first round. After a week, I get a call from the recruiter saying I will have a second telephonic round of 15 minutes on the coming Tuesday. On Monday, I get a call, that there will be video round instead of telephonic round and there is going to be a director level person also in the interview process. Then, I get a call again, that interview will be on Wednesday and not Tuesday because the interviewer is very busy. On Wednesday, I get a call saying interview will be now held on Thursday because interviewers are very busy. I mean, what impression are they trying to give me? That they don't have time to interview for their own help and that they are so busy and trying to scare me in the start??? Alright, finally I had an interview Thursday morning which was supposed to be half an hour long. But instead, the interviewer (director level) came 5 minutes late. And then went off 10 minutes early. So, technically the interview was 15 minutes long only which btw went poor because there was no time for me to prove myself. Whatever2-3 questions he asked, he wasn't waiting for me reply back completely and was just moving to the next one. He was showing that he is a super busy person who has no time to conduct an interview, but then why the hell were you wasting my time too? In the end, I was asked if I can work on est hours which I said I can. Why would someone ask me such a question if they had to reject me? Alright after 3 days of chasing recruiter, I got a response that they rejected me. Overall, a very unprofessional and POOR behavior from a person who was at the director level. I wish i could give a personal feedback on him somewhere.
