I applied by email and I received a call to setup an in-person interview about a month later. It was a two-part interview with a panel of individual asking me questions and then I went into a room to take a test. The panel interview was fine. They asked me about how I lead a team, conflict with a supervisor; basically the general questions you get at an interview. The second part was where I had to summarize a bill and potential questions a Congressman would get in a committee meeting.
