HR screening phone interview followed by half day in person interview with multiple directors. Directors sit in various offices across the countries so most of these were conducted over video calls.

What is your previous experience with internal audit?
The interview process was detailed but smooth. Interviewers asked pointed questions which challenged both your knowledge fit and culture fit. There were three total interviews, both with two people in the meeting. Overall was a great interview experience.
