The assessment took about an hour to complete and it was my favorite part of the experience, you will actually get a chance to "do" some of the real work! After the assessment I was invited to a group interview. At the group interview, we had a presentation about the position and company then we were individually interviewed in a big room with a pair of hiring managers.
