Entrevista para Customer Experience Representative (Repair)

      Entrevista

Filled out my application and got a call within that first week. I was first invited to a phone interview by a recruiter in an entirely different state. I think that's awesome because they are getting everyone's opinion. The phone interview took 20 - 30 minutes and seemed to be the hardest part in my opinion. The recruiter asked the typical interview questions and was very professional. With how chalet ginger the phone interview was , I was wondering how the face to face interview would be. He then said he liked my answers and said someone would call me soon for next steps in the interview process. I got a call a day later by another recruiter in a different state again. She scheduled my interview with me and wished me luck. A week later I went to the face to face interview. It was me and about 6 other people. They pulled us in this room with big comfy theater seats and giant televisions where they explained everything about the job as well as the benefits. They made it a fun and professional environment. We were then pulled one by one for personal interviews by two different Team Leads. The first interview was typical questions again. It took about 5 - 10 minutes. The second interview was really easy and the Team Lead only asked me about 1 or 2 basic questions. That took about 5 minutes. They then took us on a tour in the building. The building had a lot of amazing features like a giant cafeteria that made me feel like I was back in school again and a work out room available to employees! After that we were good to go and said they would call us all the next day to let us know weather they were going to move forward with us. They were all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't even have to wait till the next day. Two hours later I got an email from the recruiter saying they decided to move forward with me and that she would be my recruiter from now on. She said she would email me shortly with next steps in the hiring process. I received a phone call about a week later from another recruiter working for my recruiter with instructions on signing the offer letter, background check and drug test. I got all of those done within the 72 hours and that next week I received an official email saying I was fully hired on and ready to start next month's class. It is a longer process than most employers but they are really thorough and that shows me that they will also be this way with their employees so I accepted the offer! Can't wait to start!.

      Entrevista

Consisted of an over the phone conversation with a recruiter who gave general overview of job and asked questions to assess overall job fit. Next step was an online assessment. If you pass assessment then you are invited to a career interview session. This takes approximately 90 minutes and consists of one on one interview with a hiring mgr and another brief view of contact center where you'd be working if hired and a overview of their expectations with job and high level overview of the benefits and discounts offered to employees.

      Entrevista

Called by recruiter, had phone interview, had face to face with 2 different managers. Had bad interviewers and possibly too old for job (53 years old). Per the Workforce Centers the average age of employees in Denver is around 33 years old, due to the invasion of millennials (legal pot). Employers are more likely to hire these kids, even though there are less dependable. My suggestion is to ask the recruiter for the average age in the particular office you are applying in, if you are over 40 years of age. I'm sure this company didn't age discriminate against me, but it's just the way it is in Denver at this current time. If you are a millennial, there is probably a place for you, lots of dreadlocks and skinny jeans in this office. This not just a repair job, its a sales job also

      Entrevista

I applied online and got an email a few days later linking me to the next step of the process; an online assessment test. The test took maybe 45-minutes to an hour, and it consisted mostly of ethical questions, a type of personality quiz (forgive me, I don't know the jargon) and mock-call session. After the assessment, I was contacted by a recruiter a few days later (very nice, btw) who basically went over the position and what they were looking for canadate-wise, told me all about the benefits of working with the company, and answered any sort of questions I had. At the end of the phone interview, he gave me the details about the face-to-face interviews, which happened a week later. This part happened in their call center with 15-20 people, including myself. We were all seated in a room and got to meet the senior director of customer care. He went over Comcast's history, customer care's mission statement, answered some questions, then left (another very pleasant person). One more short talk about our prospective benefits package, then we waited for our name to be called for a one-on-one interview with the supervisors/managers. My interviewer was very nice, and the questions were pretty basic situational questions. Afterwards, my interviewer led me back upstairs and sat me in their conference room with a few other candidates, letting me know that I would be sticking around for another round. I waited maybe five minutes (at most) before I met with one of their hiring managers. We went into a separate office, and was asked pretty much the same, standard interview questions. After that was finished, he told me that I would be hearing from them by the beginning of next week (it was Thursday). The next day, I got a call from my original recruiter, telling me that they were happy to offer me the position. While I was in the process of writing thank you notes! I was sent about four emails soon after with details about the background test, drug screen, official offer letter, and other with a link to the position I had applied for. I made sure to ask a few questions (at least two) to anyone I spoke with, and let them know about my genuine interest in the company whenever possible and appropriate. Any time an interviewer or speaker says "that's a good question!", it's a good sign that they're going to remember you post-interview. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to, which made the overall experience very pleasant.
