Pros: they had quick response times and demonstrated flexibility in organising dates for the interviews
Cons: having got to the final stage waiting only for offer or rejected, was hugely disappointed in them for not providing me with any constructive feedback as to why I didn't get the job

Pergunta 1
Round 1 interview included the hr officer and hiring manager. Topics related to my experience, my motivation and discussion and the role and their organisation.
Round 2 included same 2 people plus a c-suite executive and I was asked to prepare in advance a case study. After I presented, most of the interview was them asking operational/situational questions about the case study and role.
