Video interview. I was talking to HR. She seemed very cold. At times not she was clearly looking at something else on her screen. She was in a rush to leave the call. I asked some basic questions about the work I am going to do, the working process, and the people I am going to work with. The HR could not give me any useful information. She did not want to discuss compensation either. So basically you do not know what you are playing for or how you are going to be compensated. However, you are expected to complete a 10-day coding challenge. Did not get to the challenge, the HR clearly did not like me. I probably could not hide my frustration. Sadly missed an opportunity because of someone's lack of professionalism.
