Had three people in there, 2 management staff, and HR staff. Mid-way through the interview, one of the management staff left the interview. They had a few questions, interview lasted about 20 minutes. Seemed like they were not prepared. The management staff person that left, asked most all the questions, then when he left, I believe only a couple questions were asked. The other management staff member didn't talk until I asked him a question, and then the answer really didn't address the question asked. There main concern was when I could start, and I think they were seeing if I would be a good fit based on how I talked, and how I appeared. I believe since I could start early, I had analytical skills, and I had similarities with certain staff members, I was offered the position.
