Applied 4 times between September 2024 to 31st December 2024. The recruiter assigned to the roles just failed to see me as a candidate. Multiple times I was told the roles taken/we’ve found applicants. There’s no sense of responsibility I basically feel like the recruiter thinks I’m not worth his time. From reviews unsure if recruiters get paid on commission. I’ve directly applied and contacted the recruiter but I either get left on read or get told the job is full of applicants even though the role is live. I applied to the role again messaged the recruiter and got left on read and an automatic rejection email. The individual works at the Hatfield office. I would avoid applying as the level of respect shown from recruiters is not worth it best to save your time and apply elsewhere.
