I went for a job interview for PM role. The interview was with HR Lead and Senior PM. 2 process interview. 1st it was telephone interview then a group interview. Seemed informal with no clear HR direction. The HR lead spoke for 30 mins on how she has improved the organisation

Il faut d'abord 'e premier entretien RH, ensuite un entretien technique pour finir sur un entretien avec la direction projet du site.

Just a first stage, but this was relaxed yet in-depth conversation about the business and job experience, plenty of insight into how they conduct themselves and the projects. This was done as a phone call and then there would be a face to face conversation.
