The interview was virtual and I was interviewed by 3 people. I hated this interview, they asked me standard questions and didn't seem that interested in what I was saying. When it came time for me to ask questions, I was only able to ask 2 before one of the ladies said we have to wrap up cause they have another interview right now. It felt disrespectful and I knew I wasn't gonna get the job. I then went 2 weeks without hearing from them, decided to email the HR recruiter for an update only to receive an email less than 5 minutes later saying that they decided to go for another candidate. If you could respond that quickly that you're moving on to someone else, then why wait 2 whole weeks to tell me? Bad experience.

The first interview was with Ms. Cifre. Then the second Interview was with HR. In the second interview, a writing sample a requested based on a case scenario. The job requires a background check and fingerprinting. The last and weirdest step was a phone interview with Dr. Mosquera on a Sunday night after passing the background check. Whole process took 90 days. They made it seem like they were hiring for the FBI.
