I had 2 interviews directly with the CEO. It was a very nice and informal approach. We mainly talked about my expertise in managing teams, conflict management and employer branding. Most of the questions were open, the situational type. I felt entitled to speak up freely and also I felt that my opinion mattered. No predefined answers, "no politically correct answers". Definitely liked.
