Initial 30-minute phone screening with a member of the HR team. This was followed up with an in person/on site interview. During the on site, I was provided a 1 hour facility tour, followed by three 45 minute sessions with teams of 2 from HR. They reviewed my resume and asked mostly basic questions, mostly. In total, I was on site 3.5 hours.
