First round was a written test. There were both tasks in English and Chinese. One is on writing a research proposal, one is creating a presentation deck based on some data. Time was limited and I didn't manage to finish everything. But I still passed and got invited to the next round. I rejected as I got another offer.

The whole process went smooth. The interview process starts with a written test and a 30 minutes interview in its office. The interviewers were nice and asked substantial questions. However, HR officer of the company seems quite awkward.
