Entrevista
Before getting an interview there is a detailed questionaire, followed by video questions. Then if you get selected you an invited to a group interview where you need to deliver a 3min talk on an influencial person or event related to european history.

Entrevista
Phone interview followed by a in-person interview in California. Then there's lots of training to be done. Onboarding process is complicated, but necessary to be successful in the next steps.

Provide a presentation about a destination. It was a group interview and you must be comfortable with public speaking. Afterwards you must submit a long essay that consists of summaries based on all of the destinations on tour itineraries over 10,000 words long.
