Entrevista
Compliance knowledge, Technical knowledge, and Customer facing personality are the main parameters for an interview at ControlCase . Technical knowledge is judged with a set of standard questions, based on the position the interview is being conducted for. For the second round it is the reporting manager who interviews and for the final selection it is the head of department interviewing the candidates.
