The interview process was time seeking. You need to visit them multiple times for everything. It would take 2 days minimum. You need to go through screening, operation round, versant and then finally you will be selected.
The interview was staged properly with different rounds. It took too many days for the process tp get completed. The interviewer was good and asked relevant questions. Read the entire resume, which is most appreciated feedback I can give.

Entrevista
I applied for technical support in convergys Pune on 8th-May-2018. It has 5-6 rounds. First hr will take introduction..that is just to check your communication skills. Second round there was an aptitude test which includes networking based questions. In 3rd round essay writing topic was - advantages and disadvantages of online shopping. 4th round was operation round. Process was easy but its tooks a day.
