I went through a very professional process where i had a call with the in-house recruiter, then i spoke with the hiring manager and finally their manager. I was able to speak openly and ask all the questions i had and was given a full overview of the role and what i would be doing within the position. I Was then successful in gaining a position here and start my first day with an induction from HR and have now completed my first weeks training. Everyone that i have dealt with has made me feel so welcome and i am so excited about being able to make peoples journeys as positive as mine was.
