Round 1 = recruiter screen w/ IFS. Round 2 = 1 on 1 w/ Copperleaf team lead. Round 3 = case study w/ Copperleaf team lead. Round 4 = 1 on 1 w/ Americas director. Round 5 = presentation in front of panel, including VP. Thorough interview process that progressed from application submission to round 5 interview within 29 days. A previous interviewee who posted on 16 April 2026 is correct in saying "this org is clearly disorganized." It's been more than 40 days since my round 5; I followed up with the recruiter and each panelist individually post-interview and have been completely ghosted. I've never before progressed to a round 5 only to get ignored. It's a shame; I was hoping for an offer, of course, but felt that I had been treated very fairly throughout the interview process and that I had been given a fair chance to demonstrate my competency for the role. Nonetheless, the lack of closure and professional courtesy from IFS/Copperleaf at the last mile left what was an overwhelmingly positive experience with an incredibly bitter aftertaste. Perhaps it was better to have been ghosted than to have been hired onto such an inconsiderate team.
