Flew in on corporate jet. Met individually with hiring manager and w different peers (3 - 1 hour interviews). Final meeting was an hour with HR ok which HR informed there were currently no open positions and that rather these were informal meetings. That was never communicated up front.

Corning Talent Lead contacted me through LinkedIn. Forwarded my resume. Within a week received interview with Hiring Manager. Following week Panel Interview (Skype), followed by offer and negotiation. Excellent interview experience and amazed at how fast the process was. The best negotiation experience ever. Start to finish, it took less than 3 weeks.
