I was sent an email asking me to send a pre-recorded video of myself answering certain interview questions. Later I was sent an email asking if I was interested in a position. I later received a phone call to schedule an interview. I interviewed with the Property Manager.

It was very quick due to timing issues on my end, but the property manager understood and was very respectful of my time. She asked me a series of questions regarding my background, education, interests, etc.
