Entrevista
First a phone screening with an HR rep, second a phone interview with the hiring manager from another state. Invited to the office to interview with the folks I'd be working with daily. My HR rep kept me informed when there was a delay on the offer process but let me know I was liked for the role. Once the offer was on the way my HR rep confirmed what we had discussed and updated notes based on another offer I had received in the interim. I was made an offer and given reasonable time to think it over and respond. I accepted before my requested decision window was complete!

Describe your process when tackling an existing product.
I had a phone call with a recruiter for a job at Kelley Blue Book. I was a little confused about what position I was interviewing for since I didn't apply with the email they had contacted me. When I finally talked with the recruiter, she said the hiring manager was eager to talk with me and he would go over the open positions on his team. She really wanted me to talk to him the next day, so I gave her my availability. I never hear from her after that. I followed up with the recruiter who scheduled my interview, but I haven't heard anything from her either. It's this sort of behavior that is really inconsiderate and is a turn off for job candidates. Working at Kelley Blue Book was one of my dream companies, but after this experience it has been crossed off my list.
