I applied online for the position. The recruiter contacted me via email to confirm the date/time for the phone screen. On the date/time of the phone interview, the recruiter never called me. One hour later, I emailed the recruiter and she replied that "she forgot". Very unprofessional and disorganized. I would not want to work for a company that displays such unprofessional behavior in the recruiting process. You can learn a lot from a company during their recruitment process. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
